Good morning Maple readers. Just like last week, we had another very busy weekend, breaking and preparing new stories about efforts in Canada to hold politicians accountable for their complicity in Israel's massive attack on Gaza.

Here are our latest stories.

Nur Dogan, a new Maple contributor, reported on two protest actions led by Toronto residents at the MP offices of Arif Virani and Julie Dzerowicz last week. The protesters demanded that Canada call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and accused the two politicians of having blood on their hands.

Read what else the protesters had to say.

Yesterday, we published another story from Taylor Noakes, who reported on a petition that calls on the Trudeau government to honour international law, and to investigate and prosecute any Canadian citizen who may have volunteered to fight with the Israeli military and committed war crimes.

Read about why Canada should investigate citizens helping Israel's military.

We'll be back with more original reporting on Thursday. See you then!
